Physics

Well, you may say that physics isn´t an UTE very related with the dentist area, but is one of the most interesting for me, you know, I like how the Physics works in the mouth, the forces and stuff, diseases likes "Bruxismo" the occlusion area of the teeth are affected by the force of the muscles associated. Besides, the next UTE that we are going to see in the next semester physiologý, seems very atractive to me, learn about the function of each part of the body. Although, Anatomy and Biology are the others UTEs that I like, I prefer Physics because is more easy to me, you know, about studying and learning catch more my attention that the other areas, I think is it because of the density of the UTEs, who knows?
Other UTE that I like, is simulation as you can see, its like be a dentist jaja, well untill now, we have learn about the teeth and the oral cavity, the TP are the best, because you have your work area with the tools and stuff. Well, right now I have to start to make my own soap premolar. Cya mates

Licán Ray

Well, about travel to the South of Chile, I prefer and recommend to visit Lican Ray, you know, in the 9th region of Chile, it´s a nice place to go on holidays or even every momento of the year. It´s a small city, full of kind people who will help you whenever you need. Lican Ray is located around the Calafquén lake, where you can take a boat or a "Catamarán" and discover with the local people about the story of the lake and take pictures of all the landscape. I started to visit Lican Ray when I was 13 or 12, because my mother has a friend how gives lodge to turists and travelers. From that moment, I have went to there every single year, is relaxing and you can disconnect from the city and sick atmosphere. Besides, another thing that I like and I would recommend is that this town, is near to other lakes and pretty cities, like Villarrica, Panguipulli, Coñaripe or if you have the time, you can go to Valdivia. So in one day you can visit two or three of this cities and swim in their waters, such a nice experience.
To get there, are so many ways like airplane (to Temuco), bus or car, I use usually the bus, it´s around 12 or 10 hours to get there, but I always go in the night so I can sleep and the travel it´s a little bit more comfortable.

Munrri

Albert Rodriguez, most known as "Munra The Inmortal", is one of our teachers of Anatomy, he is a old man and sometimes is hard to understand what is he saying, but it´s pretty funny and has a large experience as a doctor, teacher and anatomist.
He graduated as a surgeon in April 1959. He was assistant, and later become into a associate professor of the cathedra of Anatomy Normal in the Faculty of Medicine. In 1972 and 1991, he applied as director of Anatomy Unit, West Medical Sciences Division of the University of Chile. Also, between 1985 and 1986, he was the Director of the Normal Anatomy Departament in the Faculty of Medicine. He founded the Anatomy Unit in the University of Los Andes and a plastination lab (I don´t know what is that).
Like this are so many others things in his professional career that made him a great doctor and teacher. Nowadays is my group teacher in a Anatomy, and is so kind with us, when he explain something or when we ask him things that we should have learn in class.

My favourite music

I still remember when I was a child, around 5 or 6 years old, travelling with my mother to visit my grandparents, I was singing all the songs that my mother liked, from The Beatles to Ricardo Montaner or someone else who was playing on the radio. Later, in the school I usually heard Linkin Park, then I started to hear the Beatles music, so listenning to them, I become to explore new bands, like Coldplay and Oasis, all this around 2011/2012, my favourite song, well one of the most favourites is Champagne Supernova from Oasis, you´ve to listen that song, I love it. In 2013 I started to listen some chileans bands and singers, like Chinoy, Kaskivano, Manuel García and others, besides I was listenning to the Arctic Monkeys I went to the concert that they gave in the Movistar Arena in 2014, also I´ve seen Chinoy and Manuel García, in the Nescafé Theater and Melipilla, respectively. Nowadays I still listenning the mostly of those bands, their songs accompany me every day when I travel, and are the soundtrack of my life.

The Last School Formation :c

Well, this picture was taken at the end of the last school year, before the graduation and all that stuff. I like this photo, is like a "tradition", I don`t know, we have too many like that and in the same formation, but this one, was the last in school, where we meet and become friends, that´s the reason why i like this one more than the others. Oh I have forgot to talk about who appears in the picture, there we are, my friends and I, the "Ñes", from the left to the right, in the topside; Camilo, Jimeno, Elías, Marcelo, Paisano and Álvaro, below from left to right; Joaco, Kike, Pancho and Toto.
I don´t remember who took the picture, maybe another classmate or a teacher, I don´t know, That day, the whole class has to be pretty formal, because of the class picture and the individual one, and we were running for all the classrooms searching for ties and shirts jeje.

The Mechon´s Adventureeeeeees

Well, my experience  with the mechoneo, begins, I don´t remember clearly the day, oh it happened the second Monday of March, was that day when I decided to not carry clothes from home, thinking of the possibility that the Mechoneo where postponed or something like that, BUT NOOOOOOOOOO that´s not the way it works. Previusly to the M Day, I felt a little bit nervous, but i wasn´t scared, I always have thought that the Mechoneo is a good experience, a moment to share with the new mates and friends, to meet new people and things like that, apart from the funnies memories that we get from the mechoneo, like crawling in the garbage pool or kissing a pig´s head.
That Monday... We where in the auditorium in Physics class, when the teacher says that we have to answer a short test from the Destrezas class, then when I read the "test" I said "f**k". The questions turns into sexual and hilarius things, in my head I heard "Hello darkness my old frieeeend, I´ve come to talk with you again"(The Sound of Silence), my classmates started to change their clothes, the girls put some oil on the hair and I was just there, watching, thinking how I will comeback to Melipillaaaa :((((
We have to form a line, the students from "second year" started to spread disgusting things over us, like ketchup, paint, weird mixes that I prefer not remember at this moment, and other things. Then we have to get out from the University and walk all around the block, at the same time that we were walking, everyone was spreayed and dierted. I remember that at the beginning I felt really bad, I meant I almost puke xd, but a little while later I get used to the smell and the sensation of the mixes on my body :$$
Well, we past the first stage of the Mechoneo, and started the second, we´ve to crawl into a disgusting "pool" which has some of fish and vegetables in a questionable state, so it was quickly I went into the trash, "punta y codo" and kiss the pig´s head. Then we have to start the collect of money, I don´t remember how much, but I walked from 2 to 5 pm and my feets hurted a lot. Later, when I got the money as many of my mates, I went to the showers and tried to get off the smell, it was impossible, the T-shirt just died I throwed it into a trash can in the metro. Because of the fish smell and the hurry to come to home, I spreayed perfume all over my clothes and body to "camuoflage" the odor, my pants were still wet and I get into the Metro Station with a fish smell in the nose, the travel was short (or it seems to me), in the bus I sitted in the last sit, and that's all the story.

Why? 2nd Post

Well, when I was a child I went so many times to the dentist that I couldn´t count them. The caries were, like a lot of chileans kids, the reason why I´ve to spend a lot of time in the waiting room with my mom, but the wait wasn`t in vane, the dentists that treated me were such carefully and nice with me and my "pataletas", they helped me to take care about my oral hygiene and all that it means.

Years later and because of a disease I have to use braces, that time, one year or more, I don`t remember it clearly, but I remember that I used to go to the clinical dental like twice times a month, to readjust the braces and all the stuff, but the long wait and the TV promogration,

Then, when I have fifty or sixteen years old I have to visit the dentist again, this time for a broken teeth, was that situation when I saw the odontology with other eyes 1313. I started to ask to the dentist all about the stuff that he used and why, I learnt a lot of things there.

However it wasn´t my first option at the moment to apply, after the PSU (I won`t lie), but like a really don`t wanna move to Punta Arenas or somewhere far far away, I decided in that three days the future of my life and I think I did it very well :)

The experience in the university until now, mmm... I think it take me a time to get the rhythm of this new life, overcoat beacause of the test and controls every week, but I have met new people and friends, that are very nice and funny.

Refering to my expectations about my working future, I don´t know, I always think about working far away, to the South of Chile maybe or a little town that has been forgotten by the human civilization.
